Outline Injection for cattle and swine that contains enrofloxacin, a synthetic new quinolone antibacterial agent, as an active ingredient
Enrofloxacin shows bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria.
Active Ingredients Enrofloxacin
Indications Target Microorganisms: susceptible strains of the following bacteria
Escherichia coli, Pasteurella multocida, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Mycoplasma bovis, Ureaplasma diversum

Indications: the following indications where a first-line drug is not effective
Cattle: pneumonia, diarrhea caused by E. coli
Swine: pleuropneumonia, diarrhea caused by E. coli
Dosage and Administration Administer once daily the following dosage of enrofloxacin per kilogram body weight as subcutaneous injection to the neck of cattle or as intramuscular injection to the neck of swine.

Cattle: pneumonia, 2.5-5 mg for 3-5 days
diarrhea caused by E. coli, 2.5 mg for 3 days
Swine: pleuropneumonia, 2.5-5 mg for 3 days
diarrhea caused by E. coli, 1.25-2.5 mg for 1-3 days

Check therapeutic efficacy within 3 days after the start of drug administration, and if efficacy is not observed, change the drug or treatment according to the decision of your veterinarian.
